After three days I am back on the Tread Climber. I'm still sore but it felt so good.
Not much else to report, but I'm committed to 90 minutes 6/days a week.

We Have To Do This!
Quick Background-
I got clean and sober a few years ago and over the last year and a half I've been working out to stay physically and mentally fit. It keeps me centered and out of trouble.
What I am doing:
I try and work out for 90 minutes 6 days a week. I use a Bowflex Tread Climber.
I have taken the last few days off because I did something to my back and it needs to rest. I'll try and get back to it tomorrow.
As far as eating-I had gastric bypass over 8 years ago so I am limited on quantity so at this point I'm working at quality. I may sometimes go into detail about what I eat but that really isn't what this blog is about. I can answer some general questions but if you have specifics regarding your eating plan and your gastric bypass you should probably talk to your surgeon.
